These Terms of Use apply to Loopy, an iOS app that helps users understand lab results, estimate Biological Age, track daily habits, and build a longevity plan.
1. Wellness and Educational Use Only
Loopy is for wellness and educational use only. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, or emergency medical services. Biological Age estimates, longevity projections, lab summaries, AI responses, daily habits, and retest suggestions are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Always consult a qualified clinician before making medical decisions, changing medication, starting supplements, changing treatment, or acting on abnormal lab results. Do not use Loopy for urgent or emergency care.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you upload or enter, including lab reports, health data, profile answers, habit check-ins, and AI chat messages. You should review extracted lab values and AI outputs before relying on them for wellness planning.
You agree not to misuse Loopy, attempt to access another user’s data, reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful content, or use Loopy in a way that violates applicable law.
3. AI and Lab Extraction
Loopy may use automated systems and AI to extract lab values, summarize information, and generate wellness insights. AI output can be wrong, outdated, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Loopy does not guarantee that every marker, unit, range, or recommendation is correct.
4. Subscriptions
Loopy may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple App Store. Prices, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple and shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store account settings. Access to premium features may depend on an active entitlement.
5. Data and Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using Loopy, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, remove, or change features at any time. Some features depend on third-party services, such as Apple Health, Google Health, Apple App Store, RevenueCat, Supabase, AI providers, and cloud infrastructure. These services may change or become unavailable.
7. No Warranties
Loopy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or that Loopy will meet every need.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loopy Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on wellness estimates, lab summaries, AI responses, or habit guidance.
