Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account information, such as your email address, display name, authentication provider, user ID, and support messages.
• Profile and onboarding information, such as age or date of birth, sex or lab reference range context, height, weight, goals, habits, recent lab timing, referral source, language, and app preferences.
• Health and lab information you choose to provide, including PDFs, screenshots, photos, extracted biomarker values, lab dates, units, ranges, corrections, missing markers, reviewed lab sets, and retest plans.
• Optional fitness and wellness signals when you connect them, such as Apple Health steps, distance, active energy, active minutes, workouts, sleep, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability.
• Daily check-ins, habit completion, Biological Age estimates, longevity projections, score history, health cards, and plan progress.
• AI chat content, including questions, prompts, generated responses, and the limited health context shown in the app before you send a message.
• Subscription status and entitlement information from Apple App Store, StoreKit, and RevenueCat. Loopy does not receive full payment card numbers.
• Product-interaction analytics, including an event name and category, screen, a random per-launch session ID, app/build version, locale, device family, operating-system version, and bounded non-sensitive event properties. Loopy does not put free-form health text, chat messages, advertising identifiers, or a persistent first-party device identifier in these analytics events.
• Authentication and subscription SDKs may process limited technical identifiers and usage information needed to sign you in, prevent abuse, and manage entitlements. Loopy does not use this information for cross-app tracking or advertising.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide onboarding, account access, subscriptions, and premium entitlements.
• Extract, review, and organize lab values and uploaded files.
• Estimate Biological Age, show longevity projections, identify missing markers, and prioritize health drivers.
• Create daily habit actions, retest reminders, health cards, and progress trends.
• Answer AI chat questions about your labs, drivers, habits, and plan.
• Sync optional Apple Health or Google Health signals when you choose to connect those services.
• Improve reliability, safety, fraud prevention, support, and app performance.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and App Store requirements.

3. Health Data, AI, and Medical Limits

Loopy is for wellness and educational use only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. AI and lab extraction can be incomplete or wrong, so Loopy lets you review, edit, and add values. Always talk to a qualified clinician before making medical decisions, changing medication, or acting on abnormal lab results. Do not use Loopy for emergencies.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal health data, and Loopy does not use data for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising. We use service providers only to operate requested app features:

• Supabase provides authentication, database, private file storage, and server functions.
• RevenueCat processes subscription and entitlement status.
• Apple and Google provide optional sign-in and health-data connections that you choose to authorize.
• OpenRouter or OpenAI may process AI requests. When OpenRouter is configured, it may route a request to the selected model provider, such as OpenAI, Google, or DeepSeek.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to prevent abuse.

For AI features, Loopy sends only the data needed for the requested operation. A selected health card sends that card plus the recent conversation. A general AI-chat question sends a compact Biological Age summary and no more than five active habit signals. Date of birth, sex, height, weight, full lab history, and recent check-ins are excluded from general chat context. Loopy requires an in-app permission step before AI Chat shares data with third-party AI services. Uploaded lab reports may be sent for one-time extraction; full OCR transcription text is not retained after extraction.

5. Apple Health and Google Health

Apple Health and Google Health access are optional. Loopy only requests supported health signals after you choose to connect and grant permission. You can disconnect supported sources in the app or revoke permissions in your device or Google account settings. Health data from connected sources is used to personalize wellness insights and progress context, not for advertising or tracking.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Structured account information is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide Loopy. Source lab reports in private Supabase Storage are deleted immediately after successful extraction; a scheduled retry removes a source if a temporary storage error prevents that first deletion. Protected local source files are removed when you sign out, change accounts, or delete the account.

You can permanently delete your Loopy account inside the app. The deletion flow removes account-owned profile, health, habit, analytics, and private-file records and then removes the Supabase authentication account. For Sign in with Apple accounts, Loopy first tries to revoke Apple authorization automatically after Apple confirmation. If Apple authorization cannot be revoked automatically, the app still lets you delete Loopy data and gives the manual Apple Settings path required to revoke authorization. A processor may retain limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute records where independently required by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

8. Children

Loopy is not intended for children under 13.

9. International Users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

10. Your Choices

• Review and correct extracted lab values in the app.
• Permanently delete your account and account-owned data inside the app.
• Connect or disconnect optional Apple Health and Google Health sources.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store settings.
• Contact us about privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
